Orders & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they have not been dispatched. Contact us at [support@clouthouse.in].
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on most pin codes across India. [A COD fee of ₹X may apply.]
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship for free?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹2,999. A flat fee of [₹99] applies below that.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by e-mail and SMS. You can also see it under Account → Orders.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and check your return. COD orders are refunded to your bank account or as store credit.

Will a sold-out piece come back?
Some pieces are restocked, others are limited runs. Add the item to your wishlist and follow us on Instagram for restock news.
